My School is my second home where I spend most of my time. It gives me a platform to do better in life and builds my personality. Suraj School is one of the most prestigious and esteemed school of the city. In addition, my school has many assets, which make me feel fortunate to be a part of it. Our School teaches us valuable life lessons that we can incorporate in our daily lives Our Math teacher teaches us how to calculate our daily need calculations by doing an activity in class. In this activity students brought some fruits and vegetables for stall, she told us that how to purchase or sell these things and how we can ask about discounts from the shopkeeper. Our teachers always arrange experiential labs for us which helps us to understand the topic for long time in other words we can say that here we are learning while doing the things by our hands or hands on learning.

Time to time our management also organize outdoor excursions for the supermarket , malls, historical places and even we got the chance to officially me with our community helpers like Doctors, Firemen’s, Police men etc. Last time we visited the Bank where, we learn about how to open the account, how transaction formed and how to withdraw the money from the bank.

To explain the scientific concepts and theories we have a big science lab also. Our laboratory is equipped with the most modern, standard and sophisticated equipment. Occasionally, expert scholar and scientists are invited to demonstrate the latest concepts. All basic musical instruments are also available in music room. Our Music department has well-trained staff who are dedicated towards providing guidance to all students. Every year we participate in Interschool competitions and received so many awards in music along with the awards in Sports and science. Most important ly my school taught me how to face failure with grace and never give up on my ambitions, no matter what happen. To sum it up, studying in one of respected school has helped me a lot personally. I will always be indebted to my school for shaping my personality and teaching me invaluable lessons. I aspire to carry on the values imbibed by my school to do well in life and make it proud.
